Our process is unique among our competitors—and so is our pricing structure. Due to the different roles and skill levels we hire for, your all-in cost may be slightly different; but what follows is a general breakdown of when (and how much) you’ll be paying for your MPH Solutions overseas hire.
Not because we’re underpaying workers or settling for poor culture fits or employees with skills gaps—but because cost-of-living adjustments allow us to pay our overseas hires genuinely well with far less than it does to do the same in North America.

Pre-hire
During this stage, we find and vet the perfect candidate to join your team and help you reach your goals. You don’t pay until we find the right fit—it’s that simple.
Hiring

You’ll only be charged once we identify the perfect overseas addition to your team and you’ve met them and given your stamp of approval.
What’s included in this cost?
Full recruitment process, reference checks, training, 3-month satisfaction guarantee (or your money back), IT consultation and setup, new hire onboarding.
Post-Hire
Monthly Cost $1.5K – $2.5K
(varies based on position)
