Here’s the thing—we’d never make a blanket statement that hiring overseas is “better” than doing so locally. But what we can attest to is the fact that international candidates can be just as talented and successful as local hires—at a fraction of the cost. Depending on your business’ infrastructure and needs, an overseas hire could be the perfect fit for you. Part of our job is to help identify if overseas hiring is a good step for your business.

We’re REALLY glad you asked. We’re quite different from anyone else claiming to solve this problem, for a few reasons. Our process is probably our biggest differentiator, though, and the main reason that growing companies love partnering with us.
Rather than simply helping with one stage of the international hiring/employment journey, we’re with you every step of the way. We also have a hybrid team based in both North America and in Morocco (where we source our candidates!), so we’ve got local expertise in the hiring market while also being attuned to the cultural realities of your business and your needs. Our 1:1 approach means that we get to know each candidate to ensure they’re a good fit for you—and we then take things a step further by doing hands-on soft-skills trainings with each employee to help overcome any small communication/ culture gaps. At the end of the day, we’re real people who are passionate about helping solve your unique business challenges—we’re not an HR consulting group or a hiring software or a headhunting agency.
What’s the process of working with MPH Solutions like?
At a high level, a typical engagement with us will look a little something like this:
- You submit a request online
- We have an initial strategy call to determine your needs and how to best move forward
- We sign agreement with terms of the arrangement
- Our team posts to job boards and reviews CVs of potential candidates, then interviews top options
- You have a video interview with our top candidates to ensure they’re a good match
- We vet the top choice, doing reference checks and sometimes even meeting them in person
- Assuming all checks out, we hire the best fit (yay!)
- Onboarding period begins, during which our team offers culture/communication trainings
- End of onboarding period after 3 months
- Ongoing payment/compliance/training support throughout hire’s tenure
